6 literally cool men gathered in the midst of a brisk morning's dawn, not knowing WOPR's first VQ would fleetingly take them out of this world...

The Thang: Part 1:
Relay challenge around the square carrying a 5-gallon bucket with a coupon which later was replaced with water. Winning & losing team get a 'Special ‘Award' at the end of the race.
Note: a full 5 gallon bucket of water weights approx. 40 pounds...but we only filled our bucket half way or so.
Since only 6 guys showed up, we had 2 teams of 3 each and used 2 opposite corners as the relay spots. 2 PAX run from one corner to the other with bucket in hand, while at the relay points teams of two push out Bobby Hurleys & Merkins in AYG (all you got) mode until relief arrives.
PAX passes his bucket to team member and then he resumes doing prescribed exercise for that corner. Relay race continues until PAX go through their starting points twice.
Note: This is better done with more guys, with 12 being the perfect number in a square, 4 corners with 4 exercises.
1st Place - BoJangles, Sirtificate, Quad - Award: 20 regular burpees.
2nd Place: WOPR, Greyhound, Swift - Award - 20 - 4x4 burpees, which are 4 merkins & 4 mountain climbers while in the down position of each burpee.
The Thang: Part 2: Lay down on our backs and focus on ab strengthening while gazing at the speedy International Space Station (and spot a few UFOs along the way) as they flew up in the sky above.
Captain Thor sit ups - 20 OYO - 1 big baby sit up then 4 American hammers - no increments, just 1 and 4.
Flutter kicks - in cadence x 20
Freddie Mercury bike kicks - in cadence x 20
Sirtificate added a session of Protractors with a bunch of Hello Dolly
Greyhound added 1 minute planks
Quad added some weird and twisted - Yoga / Ninja Warrior - lower back to hammies and then all the way to nut sack stretch.
Finish up with LBC's x 30 OYO
