YHC had been itching to get back out with this PAX. An opportunity came up to throw down the gauntlet and It couldn't be passed up. So then came the plan. What would YHC bring out that would bring the pain? Bear crawls, basketball suicides, Black Jack, BOMBS...have things become too predictable? Well maybe just a bit, but predictably a smoke session.

Mosey towards V/A building for some stair work. On the way, YHC had some climbing on his mind.


While on the way to the VA building, YHC thought it would be a great idea to perform these at three different points.

C = Crab cake...L = Lunge...I = Iron Cross...M = Mountain Climber...B = BigBoy Sit-up. PAX executed three rounds laddering up through each rotation: round 1= 1C,2L,3I,4M and 5B then 2,4,6,8,10 then 3,6,9,12,15

Once at the VA building...

Dora 1-2-3:

Teams of 2 pax working together to reach cumulative exercise goals of 100, 200, and 300 reps. Pax 1 executes as many reps as possible while Pax 2 sprints up the stairs and back. Flapjack until team goal is reached. Exercises are a top-to-bottom of body progression, i,e, 100 merkins per team (chest), 200 LBCs per team (core), 300 squats per team (legs). Plank when done for the six.

Mosey back towards Lone Sailor monument.

YHC stopped the PAX and decided to throw a curve ball. The challenge was for someone to demo a perfect burpee and both Green Thumb and Britney filled the bill. YHC then called:

Deconstructed Burpees:

Exercise definition: The perfect exercise, broken down into pieces. Squats, then leg thrusts, then Merkins, then leg thrusts, then up. YHC asked for a number and Stalker hollers 14! Well, Q knew this PaX was close to exhaustion (mainly Q) so the starting point was 10. Beginning with 10 ...10 squats, 10 leg thrusts, 10 Merkins, 10 leg thrusts, then up. While the exercise called to decrease by 1 and rinse/repeat, Q called for PAX to decrease by 2 and noticed many struggling and at point of passing out. After two sets were completed, PAX moseyed away to a building nearby.

Wall on Fire:

PAX paired up. PAX 1 in people's chair while PAX 2 performed series of workouts. Flap Jack once complete.
